WHAT IT DOES
Removes makeup without irritating the skin, including foundation, primer, eyeshadow and eyeliner.
HOW TO USE IT
Deposit the product on a cotton pad by soaking it generously. Gently sweep over face and eyes to remove makeup and impurities. Repeat until cotton pad looks clean. No rinsing is needed.
