Coconut coir is a natural, renewable fibre. Dense coir pile provides superior scraping and moisture absorption. The latex backing extends durability and keeps dirt from carpet and flooring. Slight imperfections may be visible due to the plant-based materials used to create the natural rubber latex backing.

The multistripes of green, red, yellow and indigo were introduced on the Hudson's Bay Point Blanket at the end of the 18th century. The colours were chosen because they were popular, and easily produced using good colourfast dyes. These four colours are also sometimes known as Queen Anne's colours, since they first became popular during her reign (1702 - 1714). Today, you'll find an assortment of clothing, accessories and home items adorned with the HBC stripes.
