The Chuck Hughes 12" skillet is tri-ply stainless steel. The 2.5mm tri-ply stainless steel has an encapsulated aluminum core throughout for quick and even heat distribution. Suitable for all stovetops including gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction.
