Find the designated pickup entrance at your store. Call the number included in your email. Share your name, order number and vehicle info. An associate will bring the order to your car. Available on a per-store basis, between 11am to 5pm.

How it Works

Click through to view your item and select Pick Up In Store. For some categories, you can select to filter your results by store availability.





2. Check Out & Check Email


After your check out, you will receive one email confirming your order and the second confirming “Your order is ready for pickup.”





3. Choose How to Pick Up


When you arrive at the store, you can choose how you want to pick up your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I find out if an item is available for in-store pick up?

Simply click on Pick Up In Store in any product page, enter a postal code and click Check Stores to see if the item is available at a store near you. Once you've selected your store, click Buy Online & Pick Up to add it to your shopping bag. Or, when reviewing your Shopping Bag, select store(s) before checking out. Items that are sold by a Marketplace seller are not eligible for pickup at any of our stores.

How do I change my pickup location?

After selecting your store, you can change the pickup location from your shopping bag. Click on the store location and a pop up will appear showing other store locations for the postal code you previously entered.

Are all orders ready in as little as 3 hours?

Some orders may not be ready for pickup in 3 hours, as some may require additional information or time for review. Please always wait for your “Your order is ready for pickup” email confirmation. Please note, orders placed 3 hours before store closing may not be ready for pickup until the following business day.

How do I change or cancel my order for pick up?

Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed. Please call our customer service at 1-800-521-2364 7am – 2am ET, seven days a week for further assistance.

What if I place an order when the store is closed?

You can pick up your items the following business day. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup. Orders placed 3 hours before store closing may not be ready for pickup until the following business day.

Why do I see a shipping charge for my pick up in-store order?

There are no shipping charges for your pick up order.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time you place your order.

Will I still be charged a delivery fee if I buy online and pick up in store?

No, there are no delivery fees for buy online, pick up in-store items.

How do I return an order I picked up in the store?

An associate can assist you with item return at any store location.

Who can pick-up the order?

You can pick up your order or add an alternate person to pick it up. Simply enter their name and email address during checkout and they will get an email notification when the order is ready for pick up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You have 7 days to pick up your order. If you don't pick up your order, we'll automatically return the items and refund your credit card.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Please bring a valid government issued photo ID, in addition to the email with your order number.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Follow the instructions provided in the pickup email you received, and look for thebay.com signage in store.

What if I have items in my cart I want shipped to my home and some I want shipped to store.

You can select how you would like to receive individual items in your cart. You will receive email confirmations when your order is available for pickup and when your items have shipped.
